Setting-up Your New T-Mobile Service
Please provide your IMEI # and EID to setup your T-Mobile Service
You will receive a notification sent to your device to finish setting up your T-Mobile line.
• Connect to Wi-Fi
• Complete the on-screen prompts to provision your ESIM with the T-Mobile Phone #
If you do not receive the notification message, follow the below steps:
- Connect to WI-FI
- Go to settings -> Cellular
- You will either see one of the below
- Continue setting up your T-Mobile Line
- Add Cellular Plan
- If you see continue setting up your T-Mobile line click on that and allow the line to activate. * Make sure if there is any sim card in the device its removed.
If you see add cellular plan click on that and go through the prompts if asked for QR Code scan code below:
